ISNHS 124th Foundation Day
4th Quarter Reflection
As the fourth quarter comes to an end, I realize how much growth and learning I have experienced during this period. This part of the school year is usually the hardest because we need to work hard, finish everything well, and get ready for the next step. The fourth quarter, being the last and final quarter, was a time to finish strong and give best effort. I am proud of how I managed my responsibilities and stayed focused despite the challenges.
This last quarter also has been a mix of excitement and a little bit of sadness, as it marks the closing chapter of the school year. I’ve tried to make the most of every day, enjoying moments with my classmates and cherishing the laughter and memories we’ve shared. I feel both happy and sad, knowing that next year we will go our separate ways and start new chapters. This time reminded me to enjoy the moment and spend our remaining days together well.
During this quarter, I learned how to manage my time better. I also learned the importance of asking for help when I need it, which made my learning more effective.
Overall, the fourth quarter has been a meaningful and memorable journey. I’ve learned to manage my time, stay focused, and appreciate the moments with my classmates. These lessons and memories will stay with me as I move forward, ready to face new challenges and opportunities in the next chapter of my journey.

Last Thursday, January 22, 2026, we went to Vigan together with my cousin and classmates to watch the Longganisa Festival as part of our travel blog activity. The streets were filled with excitement as performers in costumes danced to lively music along the roads. Many people gathered to witness the performances, showing their support and appreciation for the rich culture of Vigan City. Watching the Longganisa Festival was not only entertaining but also meaningful, as it showed how faith, culture, and community are celebrated as one. In Category A, there were six competing groups, each performing their best to win. In Category B, there were only two groups competing. And in category B, the winner was Ilocos Sur National High School, who impressed the audience with an outstanding performance.
Aside from the street dances, there were many other activities during the Vigan City Fiesta 2026. These included a concert, a grand parade, marching band competition, and Longganisa Cookfest, and many more, where participants showcased different ways of cooking Vigan’s famous longganisa. These activities added more excitement to the celebration and highlighted the unity of the people in Vigan. Through these events, the fiesta became a joyful and memorable experience for locals and visitors.
For me, the experience was unforgettable because it was full of joy. I was able to see the different performances of the different schools in Vigan. I could see how hard work, dedication, and unity made each performance amazing.

My Reflection on 3rd Quarter
During the 3rd grading period, I gained new learnings and discoveries that help me to gain more knowledge. I learned about CBR(Community-Based Research), which can help me to gather reliable information. Aside from that, I also learned how to layout a web page, especially in layouting our Community-Based Research) CBR.
There were challenges that I encountered during this quarter. Some of the tasks are difficult, especially on the layouting of the web page, because this required creativity and focus so that you can finish easily. There were also time that I struggled with managing my time to finish my assignments on time due to other responsibilities.
To overcome this challenges, I practiced more, especially on the layouting of a web page, so that I can master on layouting. And I will asked for help whenever I did not understand the lesson and also tried to manage my time wisely. So that I can finish my task or assignment on time.
Moving on, I will develop I will stay motivated, manage my time effectively, and apply what I have learned to future projects. I will use my knowledge and skills that I gained during the 3rd quarter to perform better in the next quarter.

My Journey within the 2nd Quarter
As we wrap up the second quarter, it's time to pause and reflect on the journey so far. It's been a period of growth, challenges, and exciting discoveries.
This quarter, I've deepened my practical skills in using HTML within Notepad. I learned something about basic html tags and other things that can be applied to HTML using the notepad.I explored how to set background color and background images and also, I learned how to use the break rule <br> and horizontal rule <hr> to organize text effectively. And lastly, I discovered how to use basic HTML tags to structure a webpage, and how to apply text formatting tags. Additionally, I gained experience using the Notepad.
One of the problems/challenges that I encountered was remembering the correct syntax for each HTML tag and attributes to avoid errors. Because, sometimes when there is a missing bracket or quotation mark, the HTML won't function, and it was difficult to find what went wrong. And another one is applying background images to HTML. because, at times, when applying a background image, it doesn't apply so you have to repeat it again and it's time consuming.
To overcome these challenges, I practiced and review the step-by-step process on how to apply the different HTML tags so that it doesn't consume time. I also asked assistance to my classmates so that they can help me with the things in the HTML tags that I don't understand. Lastly, I always double checking my output/activity before saving to avoid repeating errors.
Moving on, I will continue practicing, to master the HTML. And explore more advanced text formatting and layout techniques. In addition to that, I also like to improve my coding speed and accuracy. In addition, I will also continue double checking my outputs or activities in applying the different HTML tags to avoid errors.
